At the beginning of 2009, and after a competition against other agencies, we were selected as the communications agency for Adecco, a HR leader enterprise worldwide. Carrying out the integrated communications of this giant –ten specializations distributed in six different business lines- is not a simple task. It requires not only effort but also a clear vision in order to articulate the multiple actions of positioning and demand generation within the same strategic line.

The interfeeding with the Marketing team is incessant: advertising campaigns and direct marketing , launchings of products and services, promotional actions , invitations to events, brochure design, e-mailing for relevant dates, statistics reports, internal communications, annuals for temporary staff, among many other actions.

Always under a single umbrella, we redesigned all the company´s brochures.

We conceived Canal Adecco, a monthly newsletter for customers with valuable information for their HR management: details, talks, event calendar, CSR reports and the latest updates about valid labour law.

Together with the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, we launched the Labor Report for Latin America which positions Adecco as a point of reference regarding key statistics for decision making.


To help the commercial management, we set in motion “La gran sucursal”, a sales competition which impulses and rewards  visits to potential customers through stimulating competition among branches. At the same time, we developed a battery of direct marketing actions and post-events aimed at generating new sales opportunities.
